2 GAMES DISCONNECTED

I'm having a similar issue. My games ALL seem to abort less that 30 seconds after they start. Its frustrating.

To:-Eric,n Kohai of Chess.com.international;
Kindly look into this matter of games frequently disconnected through no fault of the players.About 40 minutes ago today, My game with bluemax(1286) was disrupted on the 27th move, owing to disconnection problem. I lost out because I had about 3 mins. left, and the reconnection took more than 3 mins. to resume. Again, about 10 mins ago, my game with phazk(1640) was also disrupted due to connection problem, on my 5th move.. But this time it was phazk's clock running down as I had already made my move . When it was reconnected, my game did not appear on the screen. When I revert back to the main frame, I discovered that it registered that I had lost my game, again.
I hope you will understand How I feel. It is most frustrating when you are either ahead on time or have the tactical advantage to win, and the system let you down. This is the 3rd time, this reconnection problem becomes a problem for me. And I did wrote in, but mistakenly placed article under "live chess". Now this is under "help & Support", and I hope you will read and take corrective measures.
The second time you disconnected, is it possible phazk made his move as you disconnected so didn't see it ? How long did it take you to reconnect the second time?
What type of internet connection do you have? adsl? wireless? dial up ?
How were you logging into live chess? standalone computer? laptop? iPad?
Were you playing in live chess 3 (premium) or live chess 2 (basic) ?from facebook chess app? desktop client?
Was it just the one game at a time you were playing? Or more than one ?

To:- Kohai, thank you for responding. My answers to your queries are as follows:-
1) Not possible, Phazk made his move during disconnection. There was no reconnection at all. There was the standard chess board diagram asking to start a new game. Thats why after about 10 minutes, I had to revert back to the main frame to find out that my game was registered as 'lost'.
2) wireless.
3) standalone computer ( Mozilla Firefox)
4) live chess 'basic'
5) play one game at a time. For your info, I still like the old system, as my knowledge of computers are very limited.

Hello fhwee,
How long did it take to reconnect to Live Chess after you disconnected? Was it more than 2 minutes? (In such cases games are ended.) Did you try to reload the page or open chess.com pages or other websites when you were disconnected from Live Chess to check if it is LiveChess-only issue?
Thank you,
Piotr

to:-Piotr, the first time it was more than 3 minutes when I was playing with bluemax. The second disconnection when I was with phazk, it was longer than 3 minutes. No, I did not venture into other websites, as chess.com. international is the one and only chess website that I am familiar with, and was most happy with. When I played on 'live chess', usually it is about 15 to 20 games daily. It happened that on one of my soul searching days, I did played 33 games. When I am mentally drained or satisfied, then I logged off.I am proud to inform you that since November 2009 till to-date, I have played more than 2,500 games on Chess .com.international.
Have a nice day !!!

Thank you fhwee! When you experience long disconnect again (hopefully NOT!), please check if you can open www.chess.com page, so we could know if it is a Live Chess problem or your router/network issue.
Thanks!
