I'm not a staff member, but i can help you with number 3 and 4, and a little with 1.
1. There is a FAQ, and more help at http://support.chess.com/
3.In your account there is a place where you can tick what you want after you do a move. Stay on the game or go to next game. I ticked "stay on the game", which means i can have several games open in several tabs, and I will not end up having the same game in all tabs.
And number 4, there is actually a search box. On this page for example, top right, "Search the Forums". And a general search box on the home page.

I was looking for the 'feature wishlist' thread, just gave up, and decided to post a new thread. If you could look over these four things, that would be appreciated. Sorry if there are already solutions to these problems that I have just overlooked. No hurry in getting back.
1. I was looking for that thread and decided that it might be cool to have a place, other than this public forum, where you could go for help. It might have faq's and a place where you could leave a question specifically for chess.com staff. The staff could then respond to the individual in the next few days instead of posting in a public forum like me. This would probably make the job easier for the staff, having a specific place to go, instead of surfing the forums for topics that might require an answer from a staff member.
2. Maybe it is just my computer, but when I am typing in the forums, like now, the backspace doesn't work too well. It sometimes randomly backspaces twice when I hit the key once. When I have accidentally put two spaces after the end of my last word, I hit the key once, and it goes back to the end of the word. If there is one space, sometimes it deletes the last letter. I thought, at first, that it was just when the computer was lagging a little, but this is not the case. Just a little something that would be nice to have fixed. Sorry if I am doing something wrong.
3. I posted this in the wishlist thread and I don't know if it was looked at. Sometimes I just play one move in an e-chess game when I log on, but sometimes I play a sort of live, where we trade a few moves per minute. When I have moved in all other games, it sometimes leaves the window open. If it is not, then the screen auto-refreshes to the next game when I submit my move. If other opponents are posting moves, or I am playing 'live' with a couple different opponents, this becomes a real hassle. Sometimes I tab all my games and end up with a bunch of tabs of the same game. Is there a place where I can turn off this 'auto-refresh' option? Or can we add this option? Thanks.
4. Billwall posted something about this, and I think it would be a really nice thing to have. A 'search' for the forums. It would just be words in the title, or something. There is a 'jump to forum' right now, but most of the time, you can only guess where the post you are looking for might be located.
