It sounds like Chess.com might be temporarily blocking your IP address, which could explain why you can only access it through a VPN. A 403 error usually means the server denies access, possibly due to security filters.

can't access chess.com unless through VPN but then when after turning off VPN it's back to normal but 403 comes again after 10-20 minutes when I try to go on the website
