Why this app is full of [Edited for language - Mod. that constantly abandon games, make time ran out or draw? It's [Edited for language - Mod. frustrating

I am frustrated by games that are in progress that suddenly go to Draw?

I thought you had to consent to a Draw ? This has happened to me twice and both times I was ahead on material. Any answers ?
