If the game was aborted after that long, it was either a server restart or a game in an arena and it ended.

I don't think you can abort a game after 4 moves. People who abort too many games can get banned.

The cheat app is not well known. Eventually you will come across it too.
An app doing what you suggest doesn't exist

You would have to have control over the servers for that to happen. Such things as editing game history is miniscule compared to what could and would be done it that existed.
You probably just played a game before server restart and you didn't see the warning.
