Aborted winning game just now?

I just got done getting waxed in a few games against an opponent, and when I finally reached a winning position, the 4th game aborted. I'd like to know why since there was no warning of a server reset or anything.

There was a scheduled live server restart.

Would have been nice to have received a warning message, but I got nothing. Way to go chess.com...
BTW small world, I'm like 30 mins away from your listed home city. I go there every weekend.

I believe the banner shows on the main Play screen but if you're in a game and just keep hitting new game while it's up, it may not show. I think there is work on making it show more obviously in another location too but don't know when that might happen.
