Im writing concerning a specific bug that the chatbot can't handle. I had a diamond membership and wanted to switch to family and friends. I am unable to add neither a friend nor my partner to my plan. Im from france but currently reside in french polynesia with the partner I want to add. If it's a matter of country of residence, I wasn't informed which countries were off limits during my subscription. Is there a way to get a refund if Im unable to add friends and family with my current plan?

You should be able to. Use the Support tool and choose the billing/refund related option and they'll be able to assist
