Accepting a Draw

Whenever an opponent offers me a draw and I want to accept I click "Accept Draw". This brings up the confirmation window. I confirm I want to accept the draw, the window disappears, but the game remains active and the draw offer is still on the table.

Sometimes I message my opponent to tell them, make a draw offer myself and they never seem to have problems accepting.

Any thoughts?

It has been my experience in the past that if you hit the accept draw button, thata should be sufficient to draw the game and it will be over. If it isn't working that way for you, I would contact the sites tech support to fix it. 

I had to email them twice about problems I was having with my onsite mail that just kept accumulating despite my attempts to delete it. They eventually got it fixed. Hopes this helps!

There is no accept the draw button. It says "you have an pending draw offer". If you click on it nothing happens.

I have a game that is very drawish, and my opponent and I have offered each other a draw. Somehow it seems the game only continues, so I am not sure what we may do wrong. I have not seen any "Accept Draw" button, so I wonder if perhaps we do something wrong, or if there is a bug or something?
