I just have to say, I love your website and have been using it for a while now. I wanted to purchase just one month of the Diamond membership but I woke up this morning and noticed a charge of $99. I had accidentally purchased a whole year! I didn't mean to do this. Is there any way I can get a refund and have the membership changed to a monthly subscription?

Since you have a support ticket in, they'll get your issue resolved, however, the site has been experiencing a very large number of tickets, so it could take up to 12 days for them to get to it, but may be sooner
