Happened to my son today. Account closed for no reason. I know he didn't cheat because I was watching him play the entire month as we were travelling. Had to agree so he can set up 2nd account, couldn't get any answers. I dont know what is going on with chess.com as we paid for diamond package just a mth ago.

One of the options, on an account closure, is to appeal it. However, most appeals are not granted as the site doesn't close unless they're positive.
