I was playing on the Android app a couple days ago just fine. Closed out and can't back a few hours later as I'd been notified a move had been played. When I tried to open the app it asked me to log in which I thought was weird, but ok. I tried to log in and it told me the password was wrong, I then receive a message from Google, (I think) saying that my passwords has been hacked and I needed to change them.
When I tried that I was notified by chess.com that I would receive a link to change my password to my email. This was yesterday. I tried again shortly later and was told it hasn't been an hour yet. I waited 8 hours and have tried numerous times since then but still have nothing. I checked my spam box too.
After not being able to access my account or change my password it is also saying my account is locked. I logging into the secondary account so I could access the forums and I sent a help request to admin but haven't heard anything from them either.
Is there anything else I can try?
