Accuracy score calculated different depending on time controls?

I average around 70% accuracy on both rapid and blitz but I'm pretty sure I play better (or less bad, I kind of suck at chess in general) in my rapid games. Which also my rating indicates (around 1050 rapid vs 650 blitz). So I wounder if the accuracy score is calculated different for rapid and blitz?

And my blitz rating is 400 points lower than rapid, are they really comparable? I think my oponents at 600-700 level blitz play way better than when I was at that level on rapid.

And a third question: is it somehow possible to get an accuracy score for all your games played, without having to do a game report for each of them (which would take very long time since I, despite my rather mediocre rating, have played more than 1000 games in total)? I thought it would be interesting to see how the accuracy has changed over time,

Accuracy calculations are the same for all time controls.

Ratings aren't the same across differing time controls.  A 600 rated blitz player may be tougher than a 600 rapid player.

There is no way to get all your games scored without running the report.

A further complication is that chess.com has just changed the accuracy calculations.

OK thanks for the info!

There is also some kind if bug, in the list if played games the accuracy is sometimes very low like 35%. But when I go inte game report again it changes to a normal (and correct I assume) score like 70% or something.  And then it stays like that from then on.

Is the accuracy basex on the same evaluation as the one in analyse game? If you have diamond subscription with higher depth, will it be different?

Because with the normal depth, sometimes the best move will go back to same level as a 2 points worse "mistake" after a couple of moves even if you choose the "best moves". Which I guess is because it doesn't calculate deep enough?

You can change the depth of analysis and diamond has the option of running a Game Review at depth of 30, though it has to be done in the analysis settings each time.
