Achievements and Bugs?

[edit: issues got already fixed after contacting support]

I am a big fan of achievements and currently I try to get all of them but there a few problems I have discovered:

-the drill achievements don't work even thought I did at least enough drills for the first two achievements ("Train Your Brain", "Brains Of Steel", "Silicon Brain")

- I got the achievement for playing one 4 Four Player Chess but not the one for 10 games of Four Player Chess after playing more than 10 games ("Battle Royale")

- I invited a friend through a link and he became my chess.com friend, but I never got the achievement ("Bring a friend")

This are all achievements I struggle to get while meeting the conditions. Thanks in advance!

You can easily get the drills and 10 games of four player achievement by contacting support.

For bring a friend achievement you just have enter their email ID here

Yea, invited friend dont necessarily have to join chess.com

I get the same bugs but I did not get the playing one 4 Four Player chess, although I player a few.

You contacted support and they fixed it?

No, the friend invite worked. I contacted the support about the other achievments and now I wait for a fix or an answer.

I have no idea how I got the first 4 Player Chess achievement tbh :/

They will unlock it for you in couple of days, informing you via email.

I recieved an email two hours ago from the support and finally got all achievements which are mentioned above!!!

Contacting support is a troublesome way to get the achievement tho...I guess I can...

they always helped me quite quickly

I actually invited my friend to chess.com but only got a cheer called VIP refferal.

Its just pointless
