Can you report the bad ad(s)? The previous issue was resolved but it's possible some new bad ads made it through.

The excessive pop-up ads are severely impacting the gameplay experience, rendering the games virtually unplayable. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed promptly, as it would be unfortunate to seek an alternative platform due to this frustration. The need to constantly close fullscreen pop-up ads is not only disruptive but also highly unreasonable. Please take immediate action to resolve this matter.

Staff have addressed some but without a links to the offending ads, it is harder to find where there are coming from to stop them.
Just wanted to say that I'm not encountering this problem anymore. Thank you to the staff for fixing this!

I'm having the same problem, makes it really hard to play faster time controls and breaks concentration. How can I report the ads?
This has happened a few times over the past month. It only happens when my window is maximized. IIRC, it's an ad for a company named Siemens. It keeps you on this site; it just shows up in the middle of a bullet game.

My personal guess is that this is intentional. Chess.com is a company. They want money. So, they want the ads to be as disruptive as possible so they 1) make more money from ad revenue/clicks, and 2) get more people to sign up for Premium to remove the ads. This is just my guess, and it might be wrong, but based on the current state of the world and companies as a whole, I wouldn’t be surprised if I was right.
