Let me try not to go on a rant here. I decided to do the free trial for Aimchess to see how it was, and it was amazing it finally broke me out of my 600 rating and I jumped up to 1000. I decided to renew it since it was extremely helpful. But now im seconds away from reporting them to the BBB. The $7.99 charge came out of my credit card yet I am not able to use any of the features included with the membership. If i try to go renew it again it says I cant since I already have an active subscription, Cant delete my account since you cant if youre a premium member, but I also cant cancel my membership since its not active. Ive tried everything, nothing work. Over the last week I have emailed support 3 times with everything: approved transaction, how it allows me to upgrade, all the error messages, etc. etc. BUT they have failed to respond to me, and it sounds like plenty of people have gone through this before but I am wondering if anyone knows any other step I can take or a workaround I can do to fix this. I have already disputed the charge on my credit card but unfortunately I want to keep using Aimchess since it is the one thing ive used that has actually improved my skills.

edit: they responded after I kind out lichess does the same but more and it’s all free. So thanks to Aimchess I will be canceling my subscription with them and chess.come diamond membership and donating that money to Lichess every month. Thanks.

Yeah, this is happening to me too. It worked for me for a long time, but just recently stopped working. I'm not sure what to do atm. I was really enjoying Aimchess.

I have a similar issue. I get a message that the app is not working and I cant log on
