I keep trying to see my graph of progress throughout the years, using “All time” in stats, but they do not load. The page is reloaded automatically as if searching for the stats. But to no avail. Any help appreciated.
Which stat exactly are you seeing the issue on?

It is July of 2024, and I am still experiencing the same issue. My “All Time” statistics are not loading. I am unsure if it’s because my games “expired” from the archives, or if my internet speed is not enough for the amount of data downloading, or if anything else for that matter. I tried contacting Chess.com support to see if maybe they can help in resolving the issue directly.
