I know a rule by which if king remain alone without any other his team mate he has to survive only for 10 moves then after game is draw.we play with this rule from the childhood but here in last played game at chess.com I survive for 13 moves but still opponent wins the game.is there any rule like that or we were [no reason for that, even *ed out -- MOD] wrong till now.

You are mistaken, there is no such rule.

Probably don't need a second opinion, but Lagomorph is correct. You have to survive for 50 moves without a pawn move for a draw. Or get stalemated.
