Analysis. . .of what?

In the game page appears an Analysis link (close to Settings)

Does it ONLY apply to finished games. . . or can I use it during a game. . .? For I am trying to use it during a game to visualize my opponents responses and it does not work.

The link that says Analyze should cause a pop-up window with an analysis board that will do exactly what you are describing. Do you have a pop-up blocker running?

it should work during the game.  when you open it up and you should be able to move the pieces around.  if not, clearing your cache and cookies seems to be the first thing to try.  after that i have no idea. 

It should work for games in progress, try it again.

I have it clear that to become a good player you should not make use of such features, but if what you are doing is "studying" chess, then I think it is useful.

As Martin suggested it was the blasted pop of control.

I set it to "Allow secure pop ups" . . . and that´s the end of the story
