Analysis Board not showing lines in comments.

I'm playing in a vote chess game and all the members are having the same problem of the line not showing up when we post a line.  We have tried it multiple times and it just shows the position and nothing else.  Is that a restriction for the game created, or is it something that can be fixed?

Although it's way hopelessly to see no answer here (after this long time), I'd prefer to try my chance to post here & announce that I have the same problem working Chess.com analysis section (just the board and points but no lines)...

For other people with the same problem: It's about a check mark on the "show lines" box above the page. You need to active it if inactive. Just that...
