I've been having this issue since first of the year. 9 months later still an issue.
Are you running the reviews from your archive or post game?
Are you using a VPN?
post game, never archive. no vpn. 50/50 chance it hangs at one percent complete. If I go to archive it still hangs, just not as frequently. You've walked me thru this checklist before, it doesn't improve things. I've decided to live with it.

Try clearing your browser cache.
It won't work for me either, I've restarted and cleared my cache, what do I do now?
I'm not aware of any current issues with Gane Review and just ran a couple successfully
