Since you are a paying member, I assume that the analysis is fairly correct.
If you want a better analysis, you might want to analyse the game with Rybka, Fritz, etc ...
Actually the chess.com analysis is pretty friendly and useful. If you've played against the computer in Live Chess it's easy to have the game analysed: just click the button as Dragec said. However, if you've played a game outside Live Chess and you want to paste the PGN for the chess.com computer to analyse I don't know how to do it. I presume it's possible
