I fully understand that there are still some problems with the new live-chess and that the members have to be "patient".

Though - THIS message here really upsets me

Awesome, another Live Chess complaint thread.  This is going to help matters tremendously.  I guess your hope is that somehow erik will be able to harness the power of yours and others' collective whining, and use that significant force alone to stabilize Live Chess.  Brilliant.
