Annoying opening of SPAM-Sites triggered by chess.com, what a shame!

Ok. Do you know how to report a bug here? The team is very vast in fixing issues.

How do you report bugs?  They changed it from a pseudo amazon ad to a pseudo facebook ad.  Its like 2 out of three games, preventing me from rematching.

You have to hover the cursor over the word help on the very bottom on the left to report a bug. Then select the last option on the drop down menu.

Is there anyway to do this on the mobile site?  It's starting to redirect me when i hit "new game"  which is resulting in abandoned games and now penalties for me.

Anyway to report the issue, that is.

I don't know. Sorry.

Installing an adblocker can resolve this problem - if you don't want to block all ads then you can set it to just block the Amazon popup.

I keep on getting spammed to some "free" gift spin spam page every time I click a button on chess.com. It is happy.luckstarclub.com and is very annoying. It is only happening with chess.com when I play online on my iPad. This is very unprofessional for such a site like chess.com. I was considering buying a diamond or gold membership plan as I use this site so much but now I am reconsidering. I would rather play on a website like lichess and not get spammed even though there are less players.

I have an ad-blocker installed.  It doesn't seem to prohibit the redirects.  It's weird because literally the only website that i have a problem with is chess.com.  it was bad enough when attempting a rematch redirected me, but now its the "new game" button as well.  Im sure they do it to make money.

Reported the issue, but doubt they'll fix it.
