any advice bout this game

Wow everyone who posted before me was absolutely spot on in their analysis!
ARROWHEAD13 you had moves 2-7 handed to you. I'm sure about 99.999% of players would have played those same moves, so whatever.
Move 8 is a bit sub-par already! Better than 8. b3 is 8. Nc6 as you develop a piece and force White to lose a tempo at the same time, putting you up a full turn.
Move 12 is also another mistake, but by the time you play 12. exf3 you have about a 0.001% chance of losing this game, so it doesn't really matter what you do after that.
Studying moves 8 and 12 should give you some idea of how you need to improve.

ok, i dont know how to do the game like that. and why cant i post games like this. i know my friend was bad,

What advice do you expect to get? You could just move your pieces around the board not attacking anything, and you would still win. After 4 moves he was down for a Rook, Knight and a pawn. That is 4 moves. No point analizing that kind of game, and for your friend, only advice is to sit on his hands before he moves.
i won so this is for my friend. but could i have done better?
any help is nice
