Any way to change those chess greeters message?

I've been asked that as well, before the game even began. "Am I playing a computer, or are you a human?"

When that come what I wrote to you Erik in private message, greeters and greeting unrated games will be unnecessary. But we need fast solution.I agree that currently greeting message is not good, because of that message chess.com lossing many new players. What is the best message for now?
I suggest this:
Hello,oh you are new! Welcome .I am also new on chess.com( yes,why not say that,we are all new this site is old only 2 years) This is my favorite chess site( we don't lie,for 98% of us on chess.com,chess.com is really favorite chess site). If you have any question just ask me.

"I am also new on chess.com" ?
Yeah, lets help someone completely new...by giving them someone else new as well! That just isn't logical. The new members aren't idiots, they'll know someone rated 2100 on this site isn't new =P . There's no sense lying to them.
What we need is the ability to write our own custom messages. That way, we can say something personal and not sound like a computer. It also won't scare off new members. I think any 'preset' message won't work in this case...

It would be maybe the best solution.

customized message sound great but "I'm new" and "my favorite website" sounds conflicting.... how can it be your favorite website if you are just a new member. "new" is somehow vague literally. To others "new" is recently, 1,2days 1 week, 1 month? 2 years? contextually odd... i guess.
....... can a computer match the near the time zone? I mean last night one new member requested to play without gap... in order not to disappoint him... tried to play as much as i can... due to slow screen transition problem he said sorry he cannot finish the game... just in time, i was really tired and sleepy playing all day... not much but i can live with it if not possible.
My point is I feel sorry.. if I don't play or shortly looged-off causing disappointment to a newbies. Second... maybe it's possible that the computer matches to online welcomers. Imagine how much frustration and disappointment newbies would feel if they will be matched-up to an off-line welcomers... waiting.... If you welcome someone, you should be there online isn't it? Members would stay if they feel important or at home... if thats the case what's the use of welcomers (what if they log the day after) if they'll be matched to offline welcomers... they would have played with several members before being welcomed....so much for hospitality, it would just seem sound publicity to them.... what do you think?

what do you think of this:
"CHESScom: You have been matched to play with membernamehere, a volunteer Chess.com Greeter.
This kind of chess is a little slower than regular chess and is called "turn-based" chess because your opponent might not be online at the same time and these games can take a while to finish. MEMBERNAME, your Greeter, will be notified and will make their reply move soon! MEMBERNAME can then answer any questions you might have about Chess.com and how to use the site. After you make your move, feel free to browse the site - you will automatically get an alert when your Greeter has moved!
If you want to play Live Chess (or blitz), please click here!
You can resign this game at any time and it will not affect your ratings or stats.
To send a message to MEMBERNAME just type in the field below and hit Enter."
Well, the grammar could be fixed up a little. But it does cover the essentials. I think this sounds a little bit better:
"Chess.com: You have been matched with membernamehere, a volunteer Chess.com Greeter.
You are currently playing "turn-based chess," a correspondance-style chess game with a time limit of 3 days. These games often take a while to finish because your opponent may be offline when you are making your move. MEMBERNAME, your Greeter, will be notified of this game and will reply back as soon as possible!
MEMBERNAME will answer any questions you might have about Chess.com and how to use this site. After you make your move, feel free to browse chess.com - you will automatically get an alert when your opponent has moved!
If you want to play Live Chess (or blitz chess), please click here! You can also resign from this game at any time and it will not affect your ratings or your stats.

You are currently playing "turn-based chess," a correspondance-style chess game with a time limit of 3 days
That should probably be:
You are currently playing "turn-based chess," a correspondance-style chess game with a time limit of 3 days per move.
Also, it's correspondence, not -dance. But it's getting there!
I just joined as a chess.com greeter, and am wondering is there anyway to change the message that appears before every game?
