what are they and why best score less than move points??//

how t o find that points given to white or black

i can't explain the score too well, but there are other posts about it.  basically +0.44 means white is up about half a pawn.  by contrast, -0.44 means black is up half a pawn. 

if your better move was a lower score, then i would assume you were playing black and the move you did gave white an advantage. 

It is the way the computers judge who is better in a position (position evaluation).

1 = 1 Unit or 1 Pawn

so

+9 (White is winning by the value of 9 units in this position)

-3 (Black is winning by the value of 3 units in this position)
