I've just tested that as a guest, it works fine with no issues. I'm also using Android.

Need to check and see if this is an issue. Using Android after you finish a game when the box comes up asking for "game report" or "rematch" not this box, close it out, click "options"(bottom left) and then "new game" does it offer you a new game?
