app doesn't work

Hello! My chess.com app on my iphone 6, ios 12.5.7, suddenly went black yesterday and I have tried the same several times: resetted my network settings, deleted the cashe, restarted the device, deleted and reinstalled the app, but nothing works… I would be really greateful for some help!!

Staff have identified the issue and there should be a fix out soon as a new version

I know it's not a matter of life and death but as an ex dev (and I've said this before) you should be testing against all supported OS, not only the most recent.

Actually I have lots of problems with chess.com app. I can't do a lot of activities. I can't insert bords to share games, upload pictures, see videos, upload videos, and... .

Even when I'm using the site with my old mobile, I usually can't insert the boards because the green button goes under the screen and I can't access it. Some times it's ok but usually not. Please fix these problems.

I use mobile web 80-90% of the time and haven't been experiencing issues like that. That said, if you have an older browser version, you should update if possible. The site may not work as expected on older software.

Any news in the update to support older iOS please?

As far as I'm aware a new app version was being released with a fix and was mentioned to be by the end of the week.

Just found out it may still be a few days. It's been submitted to Apple and waiting their approval.
