app keeps crashing for no reason

The app has crashed 2 times in 2 days, the first tile was when I was playing against a bot and the second time was when I was sending a message, I’m wondering if this is an isolated incident or if others are experiencing crashes on the app as well.
I have also been having connection problems for the last few days. I was disconnected in the last three games and not able to reconnect. And in the last few days, I have had numerous games in which my time seemed to ran while my opponent’s did not, leading me to fall behind by as much as 2 minutes in a 3-minute game—and I can usually play quite fast.
Is the problem with the site or with my Wi-Fi? Has the site launched an upgrade that will require that users upgrade their software?

I am having problems with my messages. It will appear then will disappear. I have been back and forth with support trying to help me but nothing seems to work. I am not able to join any matches☹️

Messages used to do that too, but it hasn’t for me in about half a year… and same for matches, sometimes if their investigating for fair play it won’t let you play games… happened to me before about a year ago
