APP NEVER FINDS A PLAYER TO PLAY WITH

I bought my dad a tablet, just to be able to play on chess.com android app.. now, whatever i do.. when i press PLAY.. for example 3min..5min.. 10mins.. the app just start showing SEARCHING rotating square.. and never stops.. never find anyone to play with.. and on computer.. it's done in few seconds..

How is that possible, and if, you guys should definetly fix that bug, honestly.

You should write to support and give your Dad's account name and info about the tablet he is trying to use.  

Has he been able to play some other way up til now?

I didnt give it to dad yet, i was trying to test it first.. i don't think it have anything to do with WIFI?  I mean, i dont use any firewalls or anything, so it can't be that it's blocking access to chess.com =) I checked the forum thread, mostly people there complain how bad is the new app, but there stuff there mentioned, they have v3 app in development.. will ask on support how far from beeing released is it.

The Chess Classic app is no longer supported by the server as far as I know. Make sure you install the Chess Play and Learn chess.com app from the play store, this is the version 3 app and is patched and up to date.
