Hello ,

I started playing on your platform yesterday and i enjoy it , but i wanted to ask you if players here are using some kind of a disconnect cheat ? Right when im about to win by checkmate or by time suddenly the game is showing me the clock is running out on the enemy side(he is thinking about his next move) but in facts it's me that is disconnected and i lose the game .... weirdly enough , everything works fine again AFTER i get the message that i lost the game . I'm asking because i just played a game now and right when i was about to checkmate or get into a good position to checkmate with the opponent having 16 seconds left i got disconnected . Last night i lost like 3-4 games in the same fashion , getting disconnected . I have really good internet , so handeling an online platform of chess should be more than enough . 600mb/s vodafone spain.

No. The two clients never directly communicate, so your opponents can't see your connection details.

Most of the points from that list dont apply because i have a decent PC . I9-9900k , 32GB ram , GTX 2080 TI, 1Gb M2 SSD ,1TB HDD , 150GB SSD . My internet has good ping in most europe and decent outside EU ( i checked ) , i play a different variety of games and i get no problems .

I see on that list that that at NETWORK OPTION i could check LIVE2 , maybe i should try that ?

There are some options that might help, but with the current internet traffic increase in general and the site increase in specific, if your client side is optimized, there may not be much more that can be done.  Any part of the path your traffic takes can introduce problems and only a small part of that is something the site can do anything about.
