Artist Bots Change Nationality

So, I was playing against the Artist bots, and saw something weird. During the game, their nationality is Italian (makes sense, they're from the Renaissance era). But when you enter Game Review, their nationality switches to Mexican. Now, I know the flags look similar, but what is this about? A bug, or an easter egg?
