I got an alert on my phone saying chess.com had tried to charge for a diamond membership on my card even though I already paid to renew my membership A few days ago. Hoping to get some clarity on this issue as it's caused my card to become locked and I do not want to be charged for diamond membership a second time.
A second attempt should only happen if there was a failure but you should use the help option in the menu to open a ticket directly with staff.
