It shows unrated if the majority of games you've played are unrated, but as soon as you finish a rated game it'll show the ratings again.
It's either technical, or it has somethign to do with high inactivity from rated games.

... if i understand in the right way, it´s a "one time unrate" till the next rated game is finished ? ... and it happend to players which have played more unrated than rated games ...
