on this game https://www.chess.com/game/live/124363143799 , i have played my last move ...pawn to e5 , but after 1 min or something , the interface rolled back my move and I lost on time ) .  I never experience this on lichess. To many bugs for a payd app

That means you were disconnected from the live server process

I understand what you say , BUT .. i have never lost the internet connection , and why no visual feedback ? I have 1000 MB fiber connection happy.png . It is very bad for users to wait 1 min just to see lost on time happy.png) , with no visual feedback at all for 1 min. So , lichess

It's possible to lose the connection to the live server without losing your internet connection. The client code has checks but occasionally that doesn't detect all disconnects.

I am curious , when I played the move ....the client code is not waiting for server confirmation ? You know , i am developer my self for 20 years and this from my point of view is bad. The client code should react if no server confirmation of the move with some UI feedback.
