And no, it's not just "you're playing slow". I can put in a premove while waiting for my opponent to move, then when the app plays my move, I watch my clock drop 13 seconds, say.

I'm facing the issue that I've been kicked out of a game due to me leaving a match. But this is not true. I didn't leave a match!! It has happened five times already. And I lost my points. It started like a have no internet connection. I tried to reconnect it. it's been not more than 5 seconds . But they throwed me out of my match and discharged me 10 points every time.
I don't have the broadest broadband, but can watch youtube, netflix etc with no issues.
But chess.com has been unplayable for at least a week. Always only 1 bar of connection, and at many points every game 10 seconds or more will disappear from my clock.
