Apparently you're new to chess.com and you may be familiar with some other way of doing things from another website or OTB. The reason everyone has jumped on you for this is that what you suggest is contrary to the expected behavior on chess.com on many levels - so just learn from this and move on.
bad sportsmanship
What's a troll?
It's a guy who doesn't understand basic chess etiquette, then jumps on his blameless opponent and anybody who tries to put him right.
I have 3 games on the go where its refusing to let me play a legitimate move I know at least one game i will lose on time because my oppenent wont accept a draw

No problem, I think the other posts were all saying the same thing - only with varying degrees of friendliness :-) Keep in mind too that you came on the forum and named an opponent for doing something that is perfectly within their right to do given the rules of chess.com with the intent of publicly shaming them and then you suggested timing out a game because they hadn't given you a draw or take-back. I think that is also a big part of the hostility (what you suggest as troll behavior) that you've experienced on this thread. Those are two things that won't win you many friends on chess.com.
If you have a concern about something, start at the chess.com support page (http://support.chess.com/) and take it from there. Questions like the one you raise are probably best handled through the support page anyway.
thanks I tried it but the captcha verification wont accept what I type ine.....
You need to keep trying, otherwise you are just hoping that a staff member spots your problem here.
My finger came off my mouse button prematurely, putting my piece in a bad place, in a live game and my opponent wouldn't accept a draw or a take back. How should I respond to this kind of behavior?
You should ask your opponent to forgive you for exhibiting such embarrassing behavior.
Sheesh, what a crybaby.
EDIT: Gotta love the part about the hypothetical earthquake in a completely different game situation, though.
Any TD that is more concerned about a piece falling on the wrong square as opposed ot making sure everyone gets out alive probably shouldnt be a TD. Also any player that is more concerned about piece placement during a earthquake probably shouldnt be playing chess.
So, you didn't find this to be a serious reply? Are you kidding me!?

Clever observation, goldendog, but what are you saying I should do? Resign graciously, so as not to waste any more of the troll's time? By the way, the troll's name is [Name removed- Moderator] in case anyone wants to block him. I blocked him.
I don't see how this guy's a troll or bad sport at all. He seems to be behaving normally.
If you don't want to finish the game without a takeback just resign and move on.
I'll ask a mod what he thinks.
In the meantime, I don't think he's coming off as someone carrying shame, so no need to delete.

You made a mistake that was in no way the result of your oppoent (your mouse-slip). The difference is that you are punishing your opponent by making him waste his time waiting for you to move while you slowly timeout the game instead of resigning (you said yourself you were doing it to be punitive for his not accepting your draw request or giving you a take-back) - on what basis? What has he done wrong? What you suggest sounds rather childish. Not to mention, excessive timing out of live games will get picked up by chess.com which has consequences (http://support.chess.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/171)
