My account AdultSwLm was banned for fair use, can someone look into the account or give me an estimate as to how long it will take to hear back from an appeal? I don't understand why I was banned and wasn't given a reason. The account is new so making a new one is whatever but this is the second time I've been banned without reason and don't want it to continue. It seems like every time I win a game I get reported and then it just leads to a ban by a system rather than a live person. The last game I played the guy straight up gave up his queen when he was in a winning position and I won... Any advice or insight on this? Or am I screwed...
