The site isn't in the habit of banning people for no reason. The account doesn't show why it is closed (doesn't show cheating) but if the player really thinks they had the account closed for no reason, then they can still contact the site and request it be looked at.
However, I bet the large amount of 1 move wins against you might have something to do with it. Plus, it looks like he is already back on the site under another name anyway. And it looks like the 1 move wins are happening again. That is a fast route to getting the account closed again.
