Best Move Arrows don't appear

this is really absurd, this post was created on at Oct 2021.

It is already May 2023 and this issue is not resolved, chess.com is being really disrespectful with its costumers.

chess.com is just ignoring us. When I do a game review it shows but game analysis it doesn't. Is that there new method for having us pay subscription?

Not exactly, I pay the most expensive subscription and this feature is not available to me. I've contacted chess.com support, they've told me that this is not yet supported on web versions.

They suggested me using beta version, but since I'm very new to chess.com it is not available to me.

Maybe you can try it.

Be aware that beta versions might have bugs

The website, including the beta, will show the best move after the Game Review is run, if the toggle is on. However, it doesn't work the same was as it does on the apps.

Doesn't work for me either for quite a long period of time. Use my phone instead or lichess. Shame. Paying for brilliant account and not having the main feature.

Reading all these confirmations I think this is a real issue and wonder why it is just rotting here in the forums without being solved. About four (?) weeks ago, I have used the help->report a bug feature with a link to this thread and used the video feature to show my settings and the missing arrows.

Perhaps, if everyone who has this issue would do the same, it might get the attention it deserves.

And if Chess.com is aware of this and working on it, it would be fair to post an official comment here and end this impression of being ignored.

I have this issue on my new Windows 11 laptop. But on my Chromebook, the arrow is showing.

I have the same problem here. Very frustrating when I'm trying to analysis my game, so I need use Lichess analysis board. Chess.com is ignoring us.

This is absurd, cleared cache and multiple browsers do not fix this

I have done this with no luck. Do you actually get the arrows? It is so odd it seems to work for some people but not others.

yes, I do get arrows. If it resets after I log out or a serve restart. I toggle the "best moves" botton again and I get the arrows.
