Blank board on initialise

Hi

When I click on "My Move" I get problems.

Everything loads on the page except for the pieces, which proves a problem since I have 2 days to make 7 moves.

My browser setup:

Browser  Firefox

SessionCookies  True

JavaScriptEnabled  True

Firewall  True

Width  1440

Height  900

Broadband  True

Platform  WinXP

Last move made on Chess.com    =    This morning

Last update / installation made on system    =    Last week

When error occurred    =    This afternoon

In fact, i've not made any changes since this morning so can't figure out what is the cause.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

The hard refresh worked all on it's own. 

Something else I have noticed which is similar to this problem.

Upon loading the browser for the first time and then loading chess.com, some of the pieces will be missing.  A hard refresh fixes this but the problem persists after every reboot.

Any thoughts? 

 i'm quite sure there is some add-on or browser setting that is particular to your computer that is causing this issue. it is not widely reported at all (you are the only one i know). i would suggest you reinstall your browser and check your addons/toolbars :)

I had a problem like this, I use firefox, all I had to do was close firefox and re-open it. Every once in a while I will go to make my moves and everything will load besides the board, it will be completely black. I close it and re-open it and wa-la!

I would listen to eric, do you have your firefox set to delete all cookies and blah blah every time you end a session, I do and all I have to do is reload firefox.
