blank chess board

one of my games on the Web site, using my phone has a blank board. I can use the app to make moves.

restarting the phone and refreshing the page was no help

I was playing on the web site, Galaxy Note Edge, in this game, hit the edge which switched me to the game in the app. I returned to the game in the Web and the board came back blank. I can see all the correct pieces when I view all the games in progress, but when I select this one game it's blank

I signed on via chrome and the board was there

Get the app for your phone. Mobile websites sometimes does something weird. And, the app imo is better than the website anyway.

Clearing your cache may help. 

In reply to the post above mine, some features available on the site aren't in the app and v3 on mobile is pretty close to the app (with a couple of broken things).

I finished that game and it went away, now after several more moves the next game is blank
