I think it's so idiotic and unfair that this site allows ignorant players to hit-and-run by playing white in one game of blitz and then refuse a rematch. This only reinforces and promotes rudeness with chess online and goes against standard, basic and widely accepted rules for blitz where you're required to exchange colors. So stupid.
