Dear Tech Support,
In my most recent game, the board froze. I was unable to select or move pieces. I ran out of time and drew due to insufficient material. The problem seemed to be connected with making an extremely rapid series of pre-moves. After the moves played out, I had eight seconds on the clock, and tried in vain to move my pieces. None of them would move.
