Board Pieces Not Showing

For some reason today the board pieces aren't showing for my online games.  I show an error on the page with this detail:

Anyone else having similar problems?

I have a less severe problem -- in my chess 960 game with TheBrood the black king is not showing.  The other pieces are OK.  I'm using Firefox V3.6.10, in Windows 7.

Does tech support read these posts, or should I report it to them directly?

I created a help ticket on my issue and received direct response.  In my case, the problem is support for play inside my work's corporate network.

yes they move a piece and it stays where it is but the yellow squares show a move. i have to guess and remember what has moved!

damn chess pieces are not showing. just orange squares move pointlessly

Try clearing your cache. You mught also verify that a normal piece set is chosen in your settings 

My board and board peices both are not showing

If you are running ad block, turning it off should fix it.

having similar problem but black pieces rooks are not showing on my game

Try clearing your browser cache and if you have plugins/add-ons/extensions they could be interfering.

I have the same problem.  I tried clearing the browser cache.

It did not work. I tried on different browsers. I tried on my phone. Nothing worked

Same problem: only works with vpn. I use firefox. But now I have to use opera with vpn

5G system installed on our countries is bringing problems. LoL

I installed the phone app and it worked

Staff are saying it should be resolved

I was playing on my phone against my uncle and by f2,g2, and h2, the three pawns weren't there and when I captured a rook, then i only had a plus two. So the pecies just got taken by the void or something like that.
