Bug in games!!

I checkmated scooberhsu but I had an email saying that my flag is about to fall. In my live chess game, it clearly say it is finished.

 

please look at it and let me know

now in my profile, they recorded the lost but in the game, it said I checkmated. My rating went down.

Is it normal? What should I do?

I'd contact the chess.com support team and see what they can do. Thats realy unfortunate for you. I hope that your problem can be fixed.
