Sorry you're having troubles with the app! We've got an update that should be coming out soon hopefully to fix the problem.
In the meantime- to save some time instead of having to reinstall after every game- try closing the app completely.
from the home screen press and hold the home button.
press and hold the chess.com icon until a red (-) appears.
click the (-) symbol to close the app completely.
That should allow you to get into another game a bit quicker.
When i finish a game on ipad many times the app hangs and i need to reinstall the app?
