Right...if memory serves (and there is a good chance it doesn't), didn't Erik say that you could click on a draw button if this happens, and they are thinking about automating that process? Forgive me if I am way off here...this has never happened to me on this site....

you have to CLAIM the draw. it isn't automatic. just how in regular OTB chess it isn't automatic :)
"BUG" - had to read, thought you had found it,or got it too-misery loves comradery. Just rewatched a 2-week game that started all but lost when it went move a day- spent up to an hour trying to find moves to stay afloat. (following not advisable) after a lousy day at work yesterday downed a quick 6-pack and made my one move - got 'caught' online and finished the game. Since last move was with intense crippling of reason; figure the cause to have been that 'bug' in my Liennie's big butt beer. No draw here-game over
I've seen this too. So if I claim the draw by clicking the draw button will it automatically be accepted or does the other player have to agree to it?

That wouldn't make any sense.
Same position appeared three times.
No draw.
