bullet checkmate problems

I was playing bullet and won by pre-moving a checkmate but because I had zero seconds left the win was given to my opponent is there something I can do to get the points I lost back

Premoves always take 0.1 second minimum. So if you don't have enough time, you'll run out and potentially lose ig your opponent has sufficient mating material. Also, the move has to reach the server before the official clock runs out of time, after lag compensation.
That's not something the site will provide refunds for.
