i had the same problem and my game won't end
Bullet game: opponent runs out of time but game doesn't stop.
Sort:
game has disappeared now, didn't get the rating though... :-( bummer, but I'm rubbish at bullet so it doesn't matter I guess

Welcome to the typical server errors of chess.com. When something like that happens, 90% of the time it's because of chess.com's instability.
Hi there,
I just played a bullet game and my opponent ran out of time. But now the game is stuck on 00:00 for my opponents and I can't start a new match until this game is finished. Would pain me to resign, especially if this was some exploit to avoid losing games on time. (Which I don't want to imply, it's probably just a glitch...)
What can I do?
